4-star hillside holiday home with panoramic sea views in Prestatyn
Accommodation with Sea and Mountain Views
Hillside Cottage offers a 4-star holiday home with three bedrooms and a spacious living room. The sun terrace and balcony provide sea, garden, and mountain views that extend across the North Wales coastline. Guests can watch the sunset over the sea from the outdoor dining area or the front garden.
Amenities
The property includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, plus a washing machine for longer stays. Streaming services are available in the living room and dining room, each with a TV. Free WiFi is provided throughout the cottage, and guests can park in the private parking garage.
Points of Interest
Hillside Cottage is located 2.6 km from Prestatyn Central Beach and within walking distance of the town centre and local walks. Bodelwyddan Castle is 13 km away, and Chester Zoo is 44 km from the property. Liverpool John Lennon Airport is 78 km from the cottage, with easy access to the A55.
Pet-Friendly Policies and Outdoor Space
The cottage welcomes pets and provides pet bowls, a garden with artificial grass, and outdoor furniture. The garden is enclosed and offers space for dogs to play, with no street lighting nearby. Guests can enjoy the sun terrace and front garden while their pets explore the hillside.
Outdoor Spaces and Parking
The property has a sun terrace, balcony, and outdoor dining area with table and chairs for six people. Private parking is available under the property in a carport, though the access lane is narrow and better suited for smaller cars. A golf course and hiking trails are located nearby for outdoor activities.
